Strength:
Hang squat snatch 3-3-3-3

WOD:
3-6-9-12 reps of
Sumo deadlifts (185/135)
Pull-ups (yes!)
Then immediately following;
3-6-9-12 reps of
Shoulder to overhead (105/75)
Double unders x10

2 reminders:

1. Next Friday 6/15 is our 2nd Beer League event. Same time, 6:45pm following the 5:30pm class. Please byob (or hard cider, sparkling whatever) and at least $5 1 time donation if you have not yet.
2. Monday 6/18 is Trap Yoga from 7:15pm-8:15pm. Please don’t forget to let me know in advance if you plan to attend. The fee is $12. Bring a mat if you have one but we also have extras if you don’t.
