200m run
in time remaining, as many rounds as possible of:
2 bar or ring muscle ups or 4 ring under/overs
4 hand stand push ups
6 squat cleans (115/85)
1:00 rest
5 rounds
25:00 clock
*kick off every round with a 200m run and pick up where you left off each round in the 2/4/6 sequence
