“Row 4 Burpees”


The objective is to sprint to 200m. If you leave it short or go over that is the number of burpees you and your partner do.


Partner WOD:

20:00 AMRAP of
20 Wall balls
20 Weighted Sits
200m Partner Run w/ Load
