strength:

snatch drop 8-8

snatch balance 6-6-6

heaving snatch balance 3-3-3

WOD:

8 right arm bent over rows; right leg up

8 left arm bent over rows; left leg up

10 right lateral leg lifts w/ push up +10 w/out push-up

10 left side w/ push-up + 10 w/out push-up

12 knee tucks

*all movements on plyobox

4 rounds
