conditioning:

-Banded Monster walks
20m left
20m right
20m forward
20m backwards
-Wall squat with 75 hip abductor presses

WOD:

Death by ball slams.

beginning with 2 slams at minute 0, every minutes, increase by 1 rep. The athlete has 1 round of choice to use as a rest period. Last round completed is score, and the athlete will go into a plank position until the last athlete standing is done.
