7 medball Squat cleans
7 medball shuffles, alternating above head/at waist
7:00 AMRAP

WOD 2:
7 right arm KB swings
7 rt arm OH squats
7 left arm KB swings
7 left arm OH squats
7:00 AMRAP

Strength Maintenance:
EMOTM for 7:00
With 60-70% of your 1 rep max push press, do
1 push press+ 2 push jerks, 1 split jerk
