Strength:

overhead squat deload

2 reps at 70% for 4:00

3 reps at 50% for 3:00

5 reps at 50% for 1:00

WOD:

20 alternating 1 leg plate squats

10 burpees

10 hollow rocks

12:00 AMRAP
