Death by…
– dumbbell Snatch (30-45/25-15)
– burpees
Minute 1 is 20 sit-ups. 1:00-2:00 begins the “death by” with 1 left arm snatch, 1 right arm snatch, and 2 burpees. Increase by 1 each minute. Everyone gets one free minute- athlete chooses whatever minute that is. Whatever minute You successfully complete is the number you continue with until the last person is standing.
